Carl R. Moulton
President
Carl R. Moulton became President of Uniti Titanium on April
29, 2003. Previously, he served in numerous capacities
for Allegheny Technologies Incorporated and Allegheny Ludlum.
Most recently, he was Assistant Vice President - Strategic
Initiatives
for Allegheny Technologies Incorporated. Prior to that
position, Moulton was Senior Vice President, Commercial
for Allegheny Ludlum
Corporation.
Mr. Moulton joined
Allegheny Ludlum in 1972 and has
held various sales and marketing
positions including Manager of Sales
and Marketing for Stainless Pipe
and Tubing. In 1981 he became Vice
President of Marketing for Jessop
Steel, one of the world's leading
producers of stainless, nickel alloy
and titanium plate. Mr. Moulton served
as President of Jessop from 1988
until its acquisition by Allegheny
Ludlum in 1993.
Mr. Moulton is a member
of SSINA (Specialty Steel Industry
of North America) and a member of
the Board of Directors of MSCI (Metals
Service Center Institute). He holds
a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics
from Dartmouth College. He served
in the U.S. Army as a 1st Lieutenant
in the Republic of Vietnam where
he was awarded the Bronze Star. Mr.
Moulton is a member of the Board
of Directors of Pittsburgh's River
City Brass Band, the Boy Scouts of
Southwestern Pennsylvania and the
Washington, PA Hospital Foundation.
