Robert Henson
West Coast Sales Manager
Robert Henson is the West Coast Sales Manager
for Uniti Titanium. He will begin serving
Uniti Titanium in this role as of October
1, 2003. He was hired to develop new industrial
titanium sales and grow existing customer
relationships on the West Coast.
Mr. Henson
has worked in the specialty metals
industry for over 25 years in various
capacities. Most of his tenure has been
at Wah Chang in Sales and Marketing.
Most recently he held the position of Senior
Sales Manager for Titanium, Nitinol,
Hafnium,
Castings and Sputtering Targets at Wah
Chang. Prior to that, he held the position
of Business Development Manager for Zr
702 and worked as an Account Manager
for titanium tubular products and in Market
Development for Ti-45Nb for the gold
ore
processing market.
Mr. Henson worked
in Research and Development at Wah Chang
for over 13 years in corrosion
studies and application development
for Zr 702. He brings a broad and well
developed
technical background to Uniti Titanium.
He
has given many presentations on material
selection, and has been published
in
many technical journals, including
ASTM and
Nitrogen Magazine.
